Job 33:14-18

For God does speak, now one way, now another, though no one perceives it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they slumber in their beds, He may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, to turn them from wrongdoing and keep them from pride, to preserve them from the pit, their lives from perishing by the sword.

God uses many different means to communicate with us; He may reach us through another person, an image, a phrase, a feeling or even through a dream. The following message was written by Christine Poitras, who experienced God's presence in an unusual but powerful way. Christine shared her experience through the following words.

"Last night, I was awakened and startled by a bright light in the corner of the bedroom where the computer sits. It had been turned off and all of a sudden it was on. I looked at it and on the screen was a beautiful picture of a lake, with mountains and beauty all around...a very peaceful scene. In the corner of the screen was the word Wednesday 3:16, then it turned to 3:17. Then, the screen turned off. I immediately sat up, as I knew this was no ordinary happening and I also knew the scripture we all love in John 3:16. I reached for my Bible and read it. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved." John 3:17

I said Holy Spirit, what are you telling me? He said, God loves this world, He created it and all those in it and He loves them...every one of them...He does not want one to perish...even those right now who do not believe in Him, those who are doing heinous acts, those who are part of evil plots and in great deception...it is hard for us to understand, but He loves them. He is wanting them to repent, turn from their wicked ways, receive His forgiveness and be ready for Heaven. Verse 17 reads, “He did not come to condemn the world (as messed up as it is) but that the world, through Him, might be saved.”

That is the true heart cry of our Father...we are in perilous times, but I believe we are going to see a mighty outpouring of God’s Spirit...He can change a heart in a moments time and change your world forever, no matter how deep, how wicked or how much sin or evil you have participated in. His love, mercy and grace can reach through all the darkness and bring you into His Glorious light and life."

Acts 2:17

In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
